Extremity Adjusting

Extremity Adjusting

Extremity adjusting refers to a chiropractor adjusting things other than the spine.  Extremities include shoulders, wrists, elbows, knees, ankles, toes, fingers and the hips.  Some also include the head bones, ribs (front and back), TMJ (or the jaw bone).  I happen to be very proficient in adjusting all of these areas.  Although they do not have the same neurological effect as the spine, they are very important in my opinion in making sure they are all moving correctly.  This is important not only for athletes but for every single one of us.  If an extremity is not moving and goes on for years that can cause bone spurs and big problems with motion that get worse with time.  Not all chiropractors are proficient or even know how to adjust extremities.  Once again you have nothing to lose and everything to gain by coming in to see for yourself.  Come in and see for yourselves what great extremity adjusting can do for you.
